We believe that the data capability requirements of a business should guide the choice of technologies that feed it rather than the other way round. Often data is an afterthought in tech projects, we think it should be a critical priority.
Structured thinking
Often we see lots of money being wasted on solutions or initiatives without robust enough links between the problem statement and the solution. By basing our consultancy on structured frameworks we ensure appropriate levels of rigour are undertaken to clearly uncover pain points, define the problem to be solved and design an appropriate solution to drive the business case
